Debt reconciliation lived inside spreadsheets, payments were tracked manually, and claim intake depended on staff reading through free-form reports to decide category and severity. Every new carrier or product multiplied the operational load instead of amortizing it.

System Architecture

We built a consolidated portfolio platform that ingests balances from every carrier into a single ledger, reconciles payments against that ledger, and exposes each client as a unified view regardless of how many policies or insurers are involved. A set of production agents handles claim intake, categorization of the incident, and the payment-reminder cadence across channels.
