A brokerage operating across several insurance carriers managed over 7,000 clients, each holding 10 or more policies. Debt reconciliation lived inside spreadsheets, payments were tracked manually, and claim intake depended on staff reading through free-form reports to decide category and severity. Every new carrier or product multiplied the operational load instead of amortizing it.
System Architecture
We built a consolidated portfolio platform that ingests balances from every carrier into a single ledger, reconciles payments against that ledger, and exposes each client as a unified view regardless of how many policies or insurers are involved. A set of production agents handles claim intake, categorization of the incident, and the payment-reminder cadence across channels.
