These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Majily LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, USA, with operational headquarters in Miami, FL.
By accessing majily.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these constraints, you must terminate your session immediately.
MOD_02// SCOPE_OF_WEBSITE
These Terms govern your use of the Majily LLC website only. The Site operates strictly as an informational vector and architectural portfolio. It does not facilitate the direct purchase or execution of engineering services.
All custom software, AI engineering, and SaaS implementations are governed exclusively by privately negotiated Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs). Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding service contract.
MOD_03// IP_OWNERSHIP
All assets on this Site—including architecture diagrams, code snippets, typography, UI components, and the "Majily" trademark—are the exclusive intellectual property of Majily LLC.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, read-only license to access the Site for informational discovery. Any unauthorized mirroring, reproduction, or use of our branding in commercial vectors is strictly prohibited.
MOD_04// RESTRICTED_OPERATIONS (USER CONDUCT)
Interaction with the Site is subject to strict security protocols. Under no circumstances shall you engage in the following vectors:
- Scraping & Data Harvesting: Automated extraction of content via bots, scrapers, or undeclared crawlers is denied.
- Unauthorized AI Training: Ingesting Site content into foundation models, LLMs, or vectors without explicit, written cryptographic consent.
- Reverse Engineering: Decompiling or executing traffic analysis to replicate our proprietary frontend architecture.
- Malicious Injection: Attempting XSS, SQLi, CSRF, or any payload delivery against our public endpoints or consultation forms.
Violation of these strictures will result in instantaneous IP blacklisting and referral to relevant cyber-authorities.

> WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL REMAIN 100% AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR IMMUNE TO ZERO-DAY VULNERABILITIES, THOUGH WE STRIVE FOR HIGH AVAILABILITY (HA).
> CASE STUDIES, METRICS, AND PERFORMANCE DATA DISPLAYED ARE FOR ILLUSTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY. PAST IMPLEMENTATIONS DO NOT MATHEMATICALLY GUARANTEE IDENTICAL OUTCOMES FOR FUTURE DEPLOYMENTS ACROSS DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENTS OR STACKS.
MOD_06// LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY
> TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAJILY LLC, ITS ENGINEERS, DIRECTORS, OR OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
> THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: COMPROMISED DATA INTEGRITY, LOSS OF SERVER UPTIME, LOSS OF REVENUE OR STARTUP RUNWAY, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR INTERACTION WITH THIS SITE.
MOD_07// GOVERNING_LAW & MODIFICATION
These Terms are compiled and executed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute arising from your interaction with the Site shall be routed exclusively to the jurisdiction of Wyoming courts.
We may push updates to these Terms at our discretion. Continued use of the Site after a version bump constitutes your acceptance of the new configuration.
