01. Sector Challenge

Psychologists lose hours every week to clinical paperwork — session notes, progress tracking, billing. The challenge: build an AI copilot that drafts SOAP notes, detects cross-session patterns, and manages the entire practice — while guaranteeing by contract that patient data never trains any AI model.

02. Systems Architecture

We engineered a zero-trust pipeline where every clinical record is AES-256 encrypted at rest and in transit. Vertex AI processes session data inside a private VPC with a contractual non-training guarantee — the model reads, but never learns from, patient information. AWS multi-region ensures 99.9% uptime and continuous backups.
